The Challenges of Scaling a Company
I didn't really realize how true that statement was because when a company scales the challenges of scale are so different. While you wish for success on your company and you wish for like that hyper growth you as a founder may not really know how to be part of that hyper growth. I think more than anything else there's a lot that the personality of the personality comes into the forefront during moments of crisis or even when there's a growth in business.
