Mentorship Is a Chemical Matter
i've had a lot of legendary names menterme in different points of my career. The challenge for the mentor is not letting that get in the way and a sort of letting the ment find their path, and you basicly encourage them or help them along the path. And i think that's pretty much all you can do. A mentorship is basically a chemical matter. You need to find someone that strikes they as either interesting or knowledgeable,. Then connect with that person to become, yo, no, get into a formalized er relationship.
