The Importance of AGD in Fertility
There is no proper measurement of AGD because it's a function of body size and age. I'd like to see this as a standard of care at the newborn exam. Just like you measure kids' head circumference, you could measure their AGD. And it would be simple, quick and would give us unbelievable amounts of information. Because what turns out, this little measure is kind of incredible. It tells us something about the past and something about the future. So when we said, who cares? Why does it matter? We were asking what does this have to do with fertility?
