Is Agile Project Management Changing the Project Management World?

In a lot of industries today, it's really beneficial for recent graduates to start to understand project management. The big fail that I've seen with a lot of consulting firms based on the corporate learning development is they wait kind of too long to give that fundamentals training. And not only is it too late at that point, in my opinion, but if you get training much earlier on, I think you can also be a better project team member even before you're a manager.
