How to Improve Your Law School Grades
Almost no one makes it through law school entirely unscathed. If you're going to get something wrong, far better to do it in class than on the exam. Class gives you critical information about what your professor thinks is important. There are critical indicators of areas of ambiguity which are disproportionately likely to be tested on the final. You don't have to agree with every word your professor says but you do want to talk his or her language whenever possible.
