From an attribution standpoint the entire thing that kicked out this whole thing was a piece of direct mail like 100% and I almost went and opted you know there's no way they would have known about that ever. The ways that people shop are just it's so much more disjointed than I think we think. And to be honest it gave me it really killed a little bit of the brand affinity that he had for them.
