I've always insisted that it's harder to have capital preeminence and go in search of character preeminence. It seems crazy to hear that because this is decades later and yet the same problem and challenge exists. I don't want people to think I'm meaning that, you know, an HBCU has to have a $53 billion dollar endowment like Harvard. A lot of HBCUs need significantly more than they have now into capital."
