This is going to be a very important document and exhibit in the charges that I'm sure she's going to bring. It just confirms what many of us know, which is there was this desperate period in the final days ahead of the transfer of power after the election was called for Joe Biden. This is a situation where you can't lie with impunity. You cannot lie in a court filing and misrepresent facts. They do not have power to indict him. That needs to go to the Department of Justice.
