The Time Course Over Training

It's really hard to tell the difference between time effects and, like the dose effect. How long does it take to build up? What is the chronic effect of all the training you've done over the last two weeks, four weeks, or two months,. So so that could also be on an interesting aspect. Delicate, definitely. I would say there's a really, really, really good study done quite many years ago by christophe perry who did exact same training day after day in France. And he could see this nice time effects for improved training adaptations during the first sessions. This, sir, the whole signalling processe.
