Why God's Most Praiseworthy

God's most praiseworthy is that he has the most Praiseworthy character. He doesn't do in response to my sin against him or some external negative reality. Every single thing that God does is from perfect character. All of his acts are totally worthy of praise. We hope for good character and we like good character but because humans are also marred by this thing called sin we don't have perfect character. Sometimes it's done out of a response to pain or trauma or just sin.
