I recommend keeping some you know it doesn't have to be in your your person all times where you're feeling but over the course I keep track. A lot of our folks use my fitness pal so many people are digital now and love keeping track sharing that there's fun competition in there if you get a group of people together for people who like that kind of thing. And they love their Apple watches and they love to keep track on their fit bits and their phones.
