I think it depends on the size of your company if you are a small company with a smaller engineering organization. I tend to see the world through AWS bills, which is a sad, pathetic way to live that I don't recommend to basically anyone. On one side, you have companies like Honeycomb where the majority of yourAWS spend is driven by the application that is Honeycomb. The other side of the world are companies that look a lot more like Proctor and Gamble.
