The Importance of Convictionally Driven Ministry

We want convictionally driven ministry in everything that we do. So we actually want to be drawing from our theological convictions. Include passages about the body of Christ, brotherly and sisterly love, the family of God. This is not just us telling you what you can't do. It's our we love having you in our church. And it will actually pay dividends in so many ways in mobilising more people in your church. The other thing I'm guessing is hard for senior ministers to think through is if I put it on paper, will this become more controversial? Can I encourage you that actually putting it down, having a discussion can make it less controversial in your church?"
