Can You Get Down, Can You Be a Leader?

When i hear the name washington mutual, i think of james cramer. Cause at some point in time he got off track, and he became a poor leader. And i'll just be blunt, he screwed up. So my question brian is, can you get down, can you be a leader, a ceo? Or maybe five, ten years, all of a sudden there's a fork, and i have to decide, am i going to be rewards base or servace based?
