The scandal involving Billy Carter was really more his getting money from Libya while President Carter was president. Roger Clinton's had a number of drug and DUI charges, maybe most seriously accused of taking money from a Gambino to lobby his brother to pardon him. Jill: Do you think voters make decisions based on the misdeeds of relatives? I mean, we all remember Billy Carter and Roger Clinton; it didn't seem to have too much impact on their more powerful brothers. What do you think?
