What's the Difference Between Phones and Computers?

Most computer chips are also created in Taiwan and most computers are assembled in China. 90% of Apple products are made in China and 100% of their laptops are assembled there. But I don't think anyone's thought through the impact economically and the supply chain impact of what even just an economic spat would look like.
