Isn't Trama All in My Head?

We have created a severing of our head from the rest of our body. We might have thoughts of trama, we might have memories of trama in our brain. Our nervous system and my survival response that moves my hand before it's even in my brain. You know, our brain is a little bit slower to process. So by the time my brain says, red coils mean hot stove, so that's going to hurt if i touch it, i'm already burning my hand. But it's my nervous system andmy survival response that move my hand before its even in my mind.
