Jonathan: I think the bulk of my managerial hiring work in my career was that as an operator right like a Facebook and before. And so there's a strong preference for sort of more generalist flexible types versus people who like really excel at one role. Jonathan: In general, the small companies are people who are really flexible with that who can who can add value regardless of what's being asked. He says his data approach has enabled him to separate the baggage from the real value which is it's hard because everybody in Silicon Valley knows them.
