The Buddha said to refrain from useless talk. There's a great word in Pali, the translation of this of useless talk. And some papalapa is just what it sounds like. You know, our words become worthless. Of course, there's not much opportunity for it. But when you're back in the world, you know, talking so often I'll see something come up in my mind to say that is completely useless. It doesn't serve anything at all. It's just useless. We need to pay attention because these patterns happen very automatically.
