How to Plan for Success
One big problem to our plans is procrastination and those kind of like system one urges. It can be easy to hear an algorithm like this and think that sounds like so much effort. I disagree with this mindset because the real reason to care about planning is it's fundamental about building good mental habits and a good mindset. Ask yourself would I do this? Am I surprised if it's two weeks from now and I haven't thought about this at all? If you're not surprised, ask yourself in the moment what can you do right now to make it more like it to happen?
