Are You Speaking the Truth?
The research that's been done on micro expressions, extensive, used largely by FBI, CIA, etc. for interrogation is being digitized in some parts too. And yet, there's biofeedback with all of these data points that if we could entrain ourselves to be more real, and that breaks down into two things really. Are you speaking the truth? Are your intentions pure? Is it coming from an authentic place? Are they sincere? This word comes from a Latin root, sin-semit without closing. The second, is this person having ability to have emotional intelligence, to have empathy? And that's also measurable. We've put at that point right over real, because
