How to Get More Out of Your Day
Leave white space in your daily calendar. Have periods whenyou which youve set aside for not doing any work, so you could recharge. When you recharge, your more productive. Beware decision making fatigue. Decision making always involves a degree of uncertainty and confusion. Thouh try to minimize it within a day. Perfectionism is the enemy of productivity. We get so caught up in finishing it, or doing the little bits that we're using 80 % of our time for 20% of the result. The clearer you are, the better. Limit your daily prioritis schedule. Realistically, keep a short action list, not a todo list, which could be 50 pages.
