Is It Possible to Get a Higher Admissions Rate at UNC or Harvard?

Is it possible for the court to come back and say, Harvard got this wrong, but UNC is okay? Or do you think both? It's all or nothing. If you have the first tier done correctly, the subsequent stuff is not going to have the kinds of jarring abuses and real contrast that you start to see in the admissions pools as they're constituted today. The diversity arguments get a stony look from people like Justice Thomas. And so if you're in many a class in the harbor, which has 93% democrats, 6% socialists and 1% Republican, that doesn't strike me as very, very diverse.
