What Does Mastery Look Like in Coaching?
I'd like to see less talking heads at conferences and more work shopping with each other. I feel like there's an enormous opportunity which we're doing some things about to address on our side. How do we need to develop coaches differently? And how can we help each other? Because different schools have different strengths. There's schools that do brilliantly at each one of these things, but none of us do all of them well. So how could we help eachother develop a true coach for the 21st century? And then what would coaching have to become to allow that to happen? Yeah. Totally.
