The Pros and Cons of AI
There are communities of people in the tech community concerned that super intelligent artificial intelligence poses existential risks to humanity. The classic version of this argument is from Nick Bostrom who was a Swedish philosopher at Oxford. Other people think that AI is dangerous because it can cause humans to do bad things to other humans. This has not been something that we've been talked about very much in kind of mainstream political discourse.
