I've got a great team who will always who do always support. I try and give a bit of time back. Six times a year is an assembly that I lead,. I plan, I prepare and the staff then don't have to do anything. They just have to be there. And on my current audits, I think we're at SMSC gold level if we should hopefully be sorted out an SMSC award this year. That's that's what I'm thinking, but I'll obviously reevaluate it as we get properly into the year. It'd be nice to have that acknowledgement for what we do, because I think we offer a really good, really good program for our students
