Early Christian Theology: Unitarian Exegesis of the New Testament
Gnostic groups understood Jesus to be a human being who especially anointed by God. One of his current interests is in looking towards these sources as ways of understanding, different ways of understanding the New Testament. The rejection of Partitive Exegesis is one such element because it's just so natural for people to understand the New Testament's talk about Jesus in terms of two natures. So that is another chain that has to be broken, so to speak.
