The barrier function is sabotage that various skin flora can overgrow. And unfortunately, the skin flora begets more exima because in a particular staff will have a lot of super anigens. So now you're really rting areas of the immune system to kind of fight off overgrowt skin flora. And that just drives the atopdermatitus into into overdrive to a great degree. For all my patients, i just say, put some patrol patrom jelly. It's cheap. It seems to work really well.
