I'm Running M One, Not Because of Ableton, So I Can Run the Pluggins M Yeso
By default, when you install the universal package on a mack, it doesn't allow unsupported viasty pluggins to be loaded. You can also use audio units. And then if you revert back to rosetta, which is tha kind of intel version, or you just open the universal package through the roseta rosetta layer, then everything works. So i'm not sure if we're ready for this move. But maybe even ableton me should have a little bit more responsibility on un really warning users to on what's going on.
