Is Amavas the Founder of the Persian Civilization?

The persian civilization was founded by the parsha clan, one of the clans that ended up on the losing side in the battle of the ten kings. So somehow it seems that amawasu was really related to the gandar people, to parsha people and the ah arata people are other people. But i would not say that amavas was the founder of the persian civilization. Maybe he was thefounder of the armenian ah ethnicity, or whatever, perhaps. That's something that needs to be investigated.
