Ando: How do you heal attachment and can it be healed? And that's such a complicated question, but i'm curious sha your personal experience. What has been most helpful in trying to address your most profound attachment wounds? What progress have you made on that? What what has't healed? Well, it's funny that you ask that, because a last year was a a pivotal time for me and yet another renewal. I spent probably the last quarter of it with that attachment, a wound trigger, like, just ready to go at any moment.
