GTD and the Five Phase Model

The five phase model can be used very effectively at organizational level. It's a superb tools for making sure that we're all pointed in the right direction, you know? So again, if you said to me I'm going to achieve this goal one day and how is that going to support the broader achievement of the organization? That would be GTD. And then it helps me as an individual to understand how are the things that I'm working on each day contributing to those larger outcomes. Yeah. If I had to pick one thing, I think it would probably be organizational alignment,. We've all agreed where we're going. Let's talk about how each of us as an individual, realize
