I'm up in balfast at the moment. There's no rioting on the streets or anything like this. But it's a fragile situation, and loyalists say that there could be trouble ahead. The d peare well aware that the tory government have thrown them under the bus repeatedly in the past. And so they are going nuclear in this way by not joining the executive at stallment and not even allowing the assembly to form. They really feel that they need to keep turning the screws on boris johnson, because they feel they'll be let down again.
