In terms of engineering skills, do you do like lead code? Do you ask about their previous projects? How do you assess their capacity to writing production code? All of them. We do one interview, which is unfortunately it's algorithm mix. So some questions are elite code. I mean, they're not, I hope they're not on lead code. You try to make sure that's not the case, but they are some form. One interview would be past work and deep diving into what you've done. Another big chunk is the assignment interview. And it's just telling you to solve a somewhat structured problem in two hours. That has the best correlation to your engineering skills. Yeah
