When that foot hits the floor, there's some really good studies coming out in the last couple of years. And I got this wrong. The I taught it was all about the hamstrings. There's like a David Allpar. He they've done these couple of studies that show that's salius. So then when we put them on their midfoot and we get that that salius working well is one of the big reasons why we're getting so much success with these exercises.
