The Impact of Elon Musk's Earnings Call
Operating income came in a little bit below my expectations, it was entirely driven by regulatory credits and then added to due to increases in operating expenses. I would definitely wager that the increases there are more to benefit future quarters than having anything to do with this quarter in particular. We seem to have details on how FSD transferability will work this quarter. It does become a pretty decent demand lever, which Tesla is going to have some downtime because they should have fewer vehicles available for upgrades.
