Is the Flow State Beneficial for Beginners?
The flow state is where you're creating and ideas are just flowing out. It's better to be in that state than a state of not producing anything. Even if later on you think whatever you produced during that floe state was bad, i think doesnt matter. Failure is part of the process. And it's really what we all do this for. It's for that state of just pure enjoyment of creation. Good she priser.
