Are Spindle Cells a Type of Structure in the Brain?

Do you think there are a category of creatures that are more likely to have empatic experiences with us? Would you draw lines between beings? Why? The thing i would the thing i would emphasize, if we re looking for ympathy between a different species, is there um developmental experiences?
