The letter was sent to McDonald's and then given to a journalist from CTV. Police officers attend this location on a daily basis for vagrancy, liquor license violations,. illicit drug use, and incidents of violence. He also wrote that McDonald's community standards were not reflected at this location. The move kind of set in motion a chain of events that ultimately led to its permanent closure.
