Of all the five disfunctions of a team, lack of acount is the most common problem and the greatest need. It's something that too many leaders, myself included, struggle with. We are meant to sharpen one another. Why it's so wonderful, and it's it's in the bible. To day, more and more says, na, don't challenge people. Just affirm them. This is the opposite of affirmation, but it's good for them.
