What Can Employers Do to Make a Workplace for Gender Equality?
Companies need to be way more transparent about current rates of pay, salary, bands, and what items can actually be negotiated for. Pay secrecy last year became illegal in Australia. Businesses should do a pay gap analysis and then take action on the findings. And from my perspective, the most important step we can take is to recognize that gender does exist in your workplace.
