The Way of Integrity

A lot of the work that i do is about changing generational patterns. As a parent, if you start doing some serious healing and rere imagining your insides... You get to pass that on to your kid who will internalize how they see you living your life. I mean, there still i snag myself all over the place, but thank god. And the book, the way of integrity, is such a support of that.
