How to Cook Bacon on a Griddle

I feel like we've been buying the thinner ones recently and it's weird because I do like some thick bacon sometimes but the thin ones are working out really well. We also have an outdoor kitchen that we built. Oh, I tried griddle too. So stainless steel is not the carbon steel ones or whatever. But I was talking to Sarah. She cooked brunch this morning for us. Hash browns, bacon, eggs, fan, frickin' tastic. Because I gave her my jar of talc every time he cook a brisket.
