Capital markets now work overthe lass forty nine, and i make a separate argument that's about to change. But i think the almost poster child for my pespective is the private equerall because without declining interest rates,. ever declining interest rates, and the ability to re finance debt and to borrow cheaply, it's not clear to me that this industry would even exist.
