Is the Christmas Tree Religious?
The court has said that a public display of a nativity scene is permissible, so long as you have other regious creants on display there. But yet, s if you, if you have an amalgam of a whole bunch of religious stuff, they've decided, well, the net effect of all that kind of cancels each other out. I'm not convinced that's outstanding logic from our supreme court, but nevertheless, it is the rule.
