How to Build a Distributed Queuing System

I'm rarely using Skype nowadays and messenger is still probably the main network I use, but it's not 90% anymore. The other half consists of WhatsApp, Slack a lot, Discord channels quite a lot. And if I were to choose, that is actually a very good question. Which network to choose? I would probably just stick with messenger and definitely not WhatsApp,. But he will get to that in a second.
