Hypothyroidism - What's the Spectrum of Thyroid Abnormalities?
I've heard both hyper and a hypo. So we occasionally see hyperthyroid that eventually burns out sort of to hypothyroidism. The one thing, and I think you mentioned this in the paper by Aaron Lisberg, my colleague, from our group, is that our electronic medical record and sort of prescribing stuff is all set up that well somebody's getting their immunotherapy. We routinely check their thyroid function tests. Once they stop, they move on to another therapy, we no longer check it because that's not how the builds for everything else are in our electronic medicalrecord. And so we found sort of a disappointingly low rate of continuing to follow for thyroid abnormalities.
