And we built on the still better part of the business, which is the business that's that were n of launching soon. That's the part of the business that has more events than training write s. On the traditional jb sales part of the business, it's very much about a youare training and and in getting people from ae to colonels oe buell, and on the other side of the business, thit's a lot of outavance. It's a lot about getting folks the knowledge they need to be educated. And so what we were able to do is think about those situations and understand, what's our decision stack? How do we make decisions? Just like we have a marketing stack, atex stack or a plack stack, what are the things that we need in order to make good choices? And why do we need that that stack in the first place? Well, we need that stack because i'm not always going to be around. You're not always going to be around. The leadership of the organization is not available at two in the morning when somebody's trying to you know, get back to sleep because hi've got thi thing their head. And a decision stack is really a way to make decisions that is objective and also not connected to any one individual. So we want to create a business where anybody can choose to make the choices that they make, or choose to to involve themselves in on without having to come to one of us every single time and get permission to do that. It's not efficient. That a slowing down that efficiency or the velocity that we're talking about. So a decision stack is kind of like a design sprent in the sense that it's asking first first question is, do we need to make aon always? The first question, should i be making a choice? The second thing is, how do i make the choice? Have we already agreed to this? Because what most organizations do is they make the same decisions over and over and over again at crandhog day. Instead of saying, well, it looks like we make a lot of these s in these areas, frequently, around branding, around marketing, around sales, around product what are the things that we can reliably say, these are decisions tha we can make once, and we don't have to keep making them over and over again. And can we put that into the stack? So a couple of examples here. What is the vision of the company? That is the decision. Where are we going to play? Thats o got a market strategy? What is our mission that we're going to achieve over the next couple of months or years? What are our values? All of those are decisions. And if we can stack them and organize them, everybody in the organization can be trained to see those things as sion points. So for example, somebody might come along and say, hee, you know, i think we shaull go nd operate in portugal. And you can say, ok, let's look at what division of the company is. Let's look at the mission of the company. I you know, you can go all the way down to the o kr level. We can say, we're this, in this organization of decisions, a stack of decision making tools, a we have. Does it say that we should be operating in a non english speaking region of the world where we have no support? Well, it doesn't, ok? Coll, does it show that there is a possibility we could do that in th future? Yes, it does. O case tit's not completely off the table. But for now, that decision has already been made for us. We have chosen that we will operate in english speaking countries because that's where we can provide support, that's where we can have language support, that's where we can have good decisions and offer it great service. If we open up in portugal, have a very mediocre service, right? We just couldn't do what we wanted to do, at least at the level we want. So it a lot of those decisions can be made ahead of the time, and then the organization and the team can be trained to recognize where they are in that decision making process, so that they can reference the decision stack and get faster to a decision, without having to come to a leader every single time, or wait for that that weekly meeting or that monthly meeting or that board meeting for a decision to be made. They can make it independently. They can make it with confidence, which i think is a word that you were referencing earlier. And they can come back and say, great, i made a decision. I know that it's an act, curate and healthy decision because of a ready check through the stack.
