I feel like we can standardize a lot of that stuff because I've been thinking about this for the stats spec. We're probably going to need some aggregate rest endpoint that just, you know, I'm not even sure it's a good idea to do it all at the protocol level. Some people might just use say, for example, Twitter decides to create a noster relay and they may not be interested in delivering actual noster messages to their client. But I think I think noster is fine against these kinds of attacks. Even if Twitter did this, I think just having a little amount of people not doing it would keep there to protocol open.
