Photographer Joel Grimes was rejected by an ad agency 18 years ago. The creative director said he had a bad day and told him to get out of photography. He didn't even remember the photographer from his first portfolio show in Denver, Colorado. But that rejection helped launch what would become one of Grimes' most successful careers. "You've got to learn how to deal with it" says Grimes.
